The course not only equipped participants with the knowledge of communication planning. But, more importantly, it urged the desire of most of the participants to develop communication plans after the training to be able to change behaviors. Many participants also intend to change the implementation of communication activities in their organizations. One remaining problem is creating the environment for the participants to apply the knowledge and enthusiasm that the lecturer taught.
